I’m creating this channel in the hopes of providing a fun in-depth mile high view of the current state of our beloved Seattle Seahawks. Jamal Adams is about to be activated from the PUP, and then able return to the practice field. Injuries have taken their toll on Jamal since he arrived in Seattle, but he remains a pretty a young player, and potentially the key to the defense unlocking the best version of itself in 2023.

The second game of the 2023 Seahawks preseason looked very similar to the first against the Vikings. Throughout the early part of training camp and going back to the offseason it seems like nearly a daily occurrence that we hear about or see a clip of Jaxon Smith-Njigba making his presence felt. In my many years of following the team I've never seen a rookie wide receiver get this much and praise. The Seahawks might have just found themselves a special one.

One day after extending Uchenna Nwosu to a new 3-year deal, General Manager John Schneider yesterday converted the full base of Quandre Diggs 2023 base salary to bonus, freeing up more money. Is this a harbinger big move coming down the pike on the trade market or can we expect just a smaller move like the re-signing of Shelby Harris. We'll discuss where things stand at the moment. It's also the start of training camp. Everyone has reported, and I'll provide the latest updates we're hearing from camp, including already a surprise cut.
